🍓 Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial grade recommended)
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) hot water (not boiling, about 80°C / 175°F)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) milk of choice (oat, almond, coconut, or dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Prepare the matcha:

In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder.

Add the hot water.

Whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or small frother until smooth and frothy.

2. Prepare the strawberry base:

In a glass, add 2 tablespoons of Strawberry KAI Sea Moss Gel.

Mix in honey/agave if you’d like extra sweetness.

3. Add milk:

Pour the milk over the strawberry gel.

Stir gently so it creates a pink, creamy base.

4. Finish with matcha:

Add ice cubes.

Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk and strawberry gel mixture, creating a layered effect.

5. Serve:

Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim or a sprinkle of matcha powder on top.
