Shipping Policy
1) Order Processing
All orders placed through our online store www.kai-health.com are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
2) Shipping Costs

European Union (EU)

Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Other countries
For international orders outside the EU, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated individually based on location.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged upon delivery.
3) Delivery Times

Slovenia: 1–3 business days after dispatch

EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs procedures)
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, courier delays, customs clearance).
4) Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@kai-health.com.
Once the parcel has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, it can be resent, but reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
5) Failed Delivery or Lost Package
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@kai-health.com.
We’ll investigate the issue with the courier service.
If your package is confirmed lost, we will either:

6) Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
For faster resolution, include:

7) Order Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at info@kai-health.com.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item according to our Return Policy.
