Ingredients (1–2 servings):
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana (adds natural sweetness and creaminess)
- 1–2 tablespoons Sea Moss Gel (strawberry flavored if available)
- 200 ml (¾ cup) almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional, for extra freshness)
Instructions:
1. Prepare ingredients:
Wash the strawberries and cut off the tops.
Peel the banana and slice it.
2. Blend:
Add strawberries, banana, Sea Moss Gel, almond milk, and honey/agave to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust texture:
If too thick, add a little more milk.
If you prefer it colder, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
4. Serve:
Pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim or a sprinkle of chia seeds.
